Dogs & Cats Welcome
Cats and dogs are welcome with approval. Maximum of 2 pets per unit. Dogs must be under 70 lbs and under two feet tall at the shoulder; size and breed must be approved by management. A yearly dog maintenance fee applies: $100 for the first dog and $50 for the second dog, due at closing for new owners or by July 1 each year for current owners.
