“My family and myself have lived in this apartment for over a year and we love it. We have four children and there’s two schools waking distanced to our apartment along with children their age in the complex to play with and walk to school with. It’s a great location feeling close to everything we might want or need including parks, shopping and restaurants. Our neighbors are friendly and helpful and it feels like a tight knit community. Management is great and questions are promptly answered and issues dealt with. The apartment itself is nice and comfortable. We love using amenities such as the pool in the summer and the hot tub year round. We haven’t had any regrets since moving here and would recommend it to anyone.”

“I wanted to wait until we live here a full year before giving a review to be able to be completely transparent and honest. We’ve loved living here from the day we moved in. I’ve rented from several places out of state and it was always miserable and a struggle to communicate with landlords and get things addressed. Even though there was a change of management, communication has been a constant. I would even add that I’ve seen a lot more open communication since new management has taken over. The women in the office are quick to answer calls and questions and are extremely helpful and kind. The grounds are well maintained as well as the units themselves with maintenance getting to our issues either that day or soon after when not an emergency. The maintenance team are genuinely great guys as well. I’d highly recommend living here.”

“I only speak for myself.I have lived here now, almost a year, and I have no complaints. They have changed companies, but so far, there have been no problems that I see. They keep the grounds up, and the maintenance men are really good and quick to get to you. I love the apartments and where they're located is very convenient.As far as everything you need, like grocery stores. Gas stations, Mcdonald's is just down the street. We are also right by the library across the street, which is also next to the Front range community college. The view for my apartment is awesome, and I can see horse tooth mountain from here. It's also in a very good neighborhood and has an awesome school!!(Lopez elementary)”

“I have been looking for an apartment for me and my toddler and soon to be soon little brother. There were a few places that were okay but the office people were not so kind. When me and my daughter stepped foot into Woodland apartments Sunny treated us with up most respect and kindness. Sunny has helped me get everything together from start to almost finish. (Since we are still waiting on other stuff and me being able to pay for moving in) My daughter seems to really like it and so far so do I. Coming from someone who is trying to do this alone with a toddler and almost 8 months pregnant, both of the office people have made it so stress free for me. I am beyond greatful for what they have done. ESPECIALLY Sunny who is the best. I hope this finds you and you know how much I appreciate everything you both have done.”
